Return & Refund Policy — Seda One

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be 
unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Return Shipping Cost:
- Defective or wrong item received = Seda One covers the cost
- Change of mind = Customer covers return shipping cost

Non-returnable items:
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items without original packaging

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you 
within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed 
within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order.

نريدك أن تكون راضياً تماماً عن مشترياتك.

الإرجاع
نقبل الإرجاع خلال 14 يوماً من الاستلام. يجب أن تكون المنتجات 
غير مستخدمة، في عبوتها الأصلية، وبنفس حالة الاستلام.

تكلفة شحن الإرجاع:
- منتج معيب أو خطأ في الشحن = Seda One تتحمل التكلفة
- تغيير رأي العميل = العميل يتحمل تكلفة الإرجاع

المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع:
- المنتجات التالفة بسبب سوء الاستخدام
- المنتجات بدون عبوة أصلية

الاسترداد
بعد استلام المنتج المُرجع وفحصه، سنخطرك خلال 3 أيام عمل. 
في حال الموافقة، سيتم رد المبلغ خلال 7-10 أيام عمل.

التبديل
لتبديل منتج، أرجع المنتج الأصلي وضع طلباً جديداً.
